(Belgium) As a professional technical training centre, Syntra West offers training and coaching in 22 sectors. Promoting more and better entrepreneurship, including intrapreneurship is our daily mission. This also goes for our day course students, who being young and ambitious still need to build work ethics and experience. As many other target groups, these young people benefit from our differentiated didactical approach and tailored training methods. These methods and the feedback of these youngsters will be taken into this project that will in turn render benefits for our target audiences.
